This policy explains what information S2Reason LLC (“S2Reason,” “we”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the s2reason.com marketing site only. Client documents and data we process under an engagement are governed by the separate written agreement with that client (including a Business Associate Agreement where PHI is involved), not by this policy.

If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, company, and email address you provide, and a phone number if you choose to add one. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential engagement. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), client records, or other confidential material through this form. It is for initial contact only.

- Analytics.We use our own first-party analytics to measure how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed, how far visitors scroll, and which links and buttons they click. It stores a random, anonymous identifier in your browser rather than a tracking cookie. It holds no name, email, or other personal information, is never shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

Data retention
We keep contact-form inquiries only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship with you, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have given us. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, you also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
