Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information S2Reason LLC (“S2Reason,” “we”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the s2reason.com marketing site only. Client documents and data we process under an engagement are governed by the separate written agreement with that client (including a Business Associate Agreement where PHI is involved), not by this policy.
Information we collect
Information you give us
If you submit our contact form, we collect the name, company, and email address you provide, and a phone number if you choose to add one. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and follow up about a potential engagement. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), client records, or other confidential material through this form. It is for initial contact only.
Information collected automatically
- Bot protection. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that form submissions come from a person. Turnstile processes limited technical data, including your IP address, to make that determination.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first and cookieless. It does not use tracking cookies or build cross-site profiles of you.
- Server logs. Our infrastructure records standard request metadata (such as IP address and user agent) to operate and secure the site.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The site functions with only the minimal storage required for security and basic operation.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about our services.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the site, under contractual confidentiality obligations:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, bot protection, and privacy-first analytics.
- Amazon Web Services (SES): delivers your contact-form submission to our team’s inbox.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
These providers are located in the United States, so information you submit may be processed in the U.S. Where EU/UK data protection law applies, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data retention
We keep contact-form inquiries only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship with you, after which we delete them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have given us. Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, you also have rights to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Security
We protect information in transit and at rest and follow the practices described on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
