One system, three free tools

What the bill review system is made of

S2Reason builds one thing: the system that prices a stack of medical bills line by line and cites where every figure came from. It runs single-tenant on isolated infrastructure, processes documents without retaining them, and traces every result back to its exact source. The three rate lookups below use the same published schedules and are free to use.

The system001

A folder of bills in, a priced and cited report out

Two stages. The first reads the bills and prices every line against the schedule that governs it. The second writes the narrative around what the first stage found. You read both, change what you disagree with, and sign.

Also built003

Other systems, still running for the clients they were built for

These came before the bill review system and they did not stop working when we narrowed what we sell. They are not on offer here. They are on the page because the people using them should be able to find their own documentation.

  • PIP EngineTurns New Jersey PIP billing PDFs into an audit-ready spreadsheet with the state fee schedule already applied, line by line.
  • Brief AgentDrafts the evidence-cited arbitration submission brief from the processed billing and records, ready for attorney review.
  • RecordFlowSorts a disordered stack of medical records into one clean file, ordered by date of service.
  • ROM ReportsCompiles every range-of-motion measurement in a patient's exam and physical-therapy records into one structured report of objective injury evidence.
  • Provider PortalA secure, single-tenant portal where a firm processes cases and its provider clients see only their own.

See any of these run on your own files before you pay.
