S2Reason builds software for three kinds of client. Expert report writers use Desk to price a stack of medical bills line by line and cite where every figure came from. New Jersey PIP law firms use PIP Engine, Brief Agent and the Provider Portal to process no-fault billing disputes and file arbitrations. RecordFlow sorts medical records into date order for anyone who needs it. S2Reason also publishes eight free rate lookups, built from the same published schedules the systems price against.
Desk: a folder of bills in, a priced and cited report out
For anyone who has to defend what a medical bill should have cost. Two stages. The first reads the bills and prices every line against the schedule that governs it. The second writes the narrative around what the first stage found. You read both, change what you disagree with, and sign.
Process PIP billing disputes and file arbitrations
The systems New Jersey PIP law firms run their no-fault cases on. PIP Engine applies the state fee schedule to the billing, Brief Agent drafts the arbitration submission from it, and the Provider Portal lets a firm's medical-provider clients follow their own cases.

Eight free rate lookups, and the one we set up per client
The same published schedules the systems price against, exposed as tools anyone can use. We built them for our own review work and left them open, because the people who need them are the people we want to hear from. Three are shown here; the other five price Medicare's DMEPOS, clinical lab, Part B drug, anesthesia and surgery center schedules. The last card resolves the usual and customary benchmark alongside the schedule, which needs licensed data, so it runs on a client team's own infrastructure instead.
Medicare Rate Lookup
Shows the highest and lowest Medicare-allowed amount for any CPT or HCPCS code across a state's payment localities, in five fee-schedule years.
Ambulance Fee Schedule Lookup
Prices a transport the way Medicare does, as a base rate plus loaded mileage, at the urban or rural rate for where the patient was picked up.
NJ PIP Fee Schedule Lookup
All 7,553 rows of the seven official New Jersey PIP exhibits, searchable by code, North and South, with the $105 daily maximum codes flagged. Free, no sign-up, no limit.
NJFS & UCR Lookup
Resolves the New Jersey fee-schedule allowance and the usual and customary benchmark together, per code, modifier, region and provider type. Set up per client, not a public lookup.
