What the bill review system is made of
S2Reason builds one thing: the system that prices a stack of medical bills line by line and cites where every figure came from. It runs single-tenant on isolated infrastructure, processes documents without retaining them, and traces every result back to its exact source. The three rate lookups below use the same published schedules and are free to use.
A folder of bills in, a priced and cited report out
Two stages. The first reads the bills and prices every line against the schedule that governs it. The second writes the narrative around what the first stage found. You read both, change what you disagree with, and sign.
Three rate lookups, no sign-up, no charge
The same published schedules the system prices against, exposed as tools anyone can use. We built them for our own review work and left them open, because the people who need them are the people we want to hear from.
Medicare Rate Lookup
Shows the highest and lowest Medicare-allowed amount for any CPT or HCPCS code across a state's payment localities, in five fee-schedule years.
Ambulance Fee Schedule Lookup
Prices a transport the way Medicare does, as a base rate plus loaded mileage, at the urban or rural rate for where the patient was picked up.
NJFS UCR Lookup
Returns the correct New Jersey fee-schedule allowance for any procedure code, modifier, and region.
