What is RecordFlow?

RecordFlow is a self-serve web app that organizes medical records for personal-injury and PIP law firms. You upload a patient’s records, and it returns a single PDF with every page sorted by date of service. RecordFlow is a product of S2Reason and is live at recordflow.io.

A single case often arrives as a disordered pile: records from a hospital, an imaging center, a physical therapist, and a surgeon, each in its own PDF, each in its own order, padded with fax cover sheets and duplicate pages. RecordFlow reads all of it at once and reassembles it into one chronological record a reviewer can actually work from. It is one of several medical-legal systems S2Reason builds.

What problem does RecordFlow solve?

RecordFlow removes the hours a paralegal spends putting medical records in order. Records arrive from many providers, out of sequence, mixed with non-medical pages and duplicates. Building a clean, date-ordered file by hand is slow, and a missed page can weaken a demand or a claim.

The chronology is what makes a record usable. A demand letter, an arbitration packet, and a litigation file all depend on being able to follow a patient’s treatment in the order it happened. RecordFlow produces that chronology automatically, so the paralegal starts from an organized record instead of building one.

How does RecordFlow sort by date of service?

RecordFlow reads every page, finds its date of service, and decides whether the page is a real medical record or an administrative page. It drops the non-medical pages and duplicates, then orders what remains chronologically across every provider into one merged file.

The pages it removes are not discarded silently. RecordFlow returns them in a separate removed.pdf, so you can confirm nothing important was cut. This mirrors the careful, source-grounded approach behind the rest of the S2Reason PIP toolkit.

How much does RecordFlow cost?

RecordFlow is priced per case, and the price follows the page count of the finished record. There is no subscription, no seat licensing, and no per-case minimum. You add credit to your account up front, and each case draws from that balance.

Page count is detected automatically at upload, so you always see the price before a case runs. The current per-case tiers are listed at recordflow.io. For very large cases or a firmwide agreement, email the S2Reason team for a custom quote.

Is RecordFlow secure and HIPAA-compliant?

Yes. RecordFlow encrypts records in transit and at rest with managed keys, processes them only on infrastructure covered by HIPAA Business Associate Agreements, and applies per-account access control so you see only your own cases. Uploads and output are permanently deleted after 30 days.

Your records are never sold and never used to train AI models. A signed BAA for your firm is available on request. RecordFlow is engineered to meet HIPAA standards, and you can read how S2Reason approaches sensitive data on the security page.
