These terms govern your use of the s2reason.com website operated by S2Reason LLC (“S2Reason,” “we”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Scope
These terms cover the marketing website only. Any product, service, pilot, or engagement we provide is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement). If anything in those agreements conflicts with these terms, those agreements control for that engagement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its underlying systems.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the site without our consent.
- Submit false information or impersonate any person or entity.
Contact form
When you use our contact form, provide accurate information. Do not submit protected health information (PHI), client records, or other confidential or sensitive material through the form. It is intended for initial business contact only. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle what you submit.
Intellectual property
The content, design, logos, and marks on this site are owned by S2Reason LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to view the site for evaluating our services. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
AI assistant connector
S2Reason offers a free, read-only connector at s2reason.com/mcp that lets an AI assistant look up Medicare Physician Fee Schedule amounts. Using it is subject to these terms. The figures are informational. They come from files CMS has published, and they state what Medicare allows. They are not legal, billing, coding, or other professional advice, and not an opinion on whether any charge is reasonable. The connector is provided “as is,” with no warranty that any figure is complete, current, or fit for a particular use. Check a figure against the CMS source files before you rely on it. The connector returns CMS payment data only. CPT descriptors are AMA-licensed and are not included, and the connector is not a substitute for the CPT codebook.
Use is subject to rate limits. Do not use the connector to disrupt the site, to circumvent a limit, or to bulk-collect the data behind it. We may change, limit, or withdraw the connector at any time without notice. See our Privacy Policy for what the connector records.

The site is provided for general informational purposes about our services. It does not constitute legal, medical, compliance, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
Disclaimer of warranties

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
